DisposaCam
A shared event-camera product where guests join with a QR code and contribute photos and videos to a common private event gallery.
Problem
Events generate hundreds of photos across different phones. Hosts often receive only a fraction of them, while guests are asked to join group chats, install apps or upload files after the moment has passed.
Approach
DisposaCam uses QR-led onboarding to remove account friction. Guests can contribute to one private event gallery while hosts retain organisation, moderation and download controls.
